I had a decent experience with Goldline overall. They’ve got a good selection of curling gear, and the site was easy enough to get around. I found what I was looking for without much hassle, so no real complaints about that part.
The prices did feel a little high to me though. Some things seemed about right, but a few items definitely made me pause before buying. I’d probably shop there again, but I’d check around and compare prices first.

I ordered one size, but a different size showed up instead. Frustrating, honestly, especially when you’re expecting to use it right away. Stuff happens, I guess, but it was definitely not what I ordered.

I ordered a customized curling item from Goldline and it showed up in a reasonable amount of time. The colors were mostly what I picked, and the name was spelled right, so that part was good.

It just didn’t look as clean as I was expecting, I guess. Like one section seemed a little off center, and the edges had that sort of... not totally finished look, if that makes sense.
I can still use it, and it’s not awful or anything. I just thought custom work would feel a bit more polished. Maybe I just got one that was slightly off, but overall it felt average to me...

Ordered from goldlinecurling.com and the item showed up fine. No damage or anything, so that was good. But the packaging was just kind of meh. The box had a few dents, and the tape looked a little sloppy. For the price, I expected it to be packed with a bit more care. Not terrible. Just okay.

I’m frustrated because I’m still waiting after two weeks. I get that delays happen, but this has just taken way longer than expected

I picked up a pair of curling shoes from Goldline and they’re okay overall. They slide well and feel nice and light, so I can’t really complain there. But the grip started wearing down faster than I expected, which is kind of annoying, and the sizing felt a bit off too. They’re not terrible by any means, just not as good as I was hoping...

I reached out to customer service about my order and didn’t get any real response for days. I had to follow up again, and even then I still didn’t get a clear answer. The whole thing felt unnecessary and frustrating. i wouldn’t use them again

I bought a broom and replacement head from Goldline, and it didn’t last nearly as long as I expected. After just a few games, the handle started getting loose and the fabric on the head was already looking beat up, which was disappointing for what it cost.

I knew international shipping might take a bit, but this felt like forever! The customs fees were a surprise too, which was frustrating. Support did get back to me eventually, but it was slow?? Overall, not the smoothest experience.

I went in looking for a broom, but the size I needed was out of stock again. I get that things sell out, but at some point the store needs to take accountability and do a better job keeping basic items available.

I checked out Gold Line Curling during one of their promos and, the deals weren’t that impressive. Meh. A few things were discounted, but once I saw the shipping costs, the savings pretty much disappeared. Disappointing. I was expecting better prices for a sale, so I ended up closing the site without buying anything.

The shirt looks decent, but the fit was kind of strange on me. The arms felt too tight while the waist was loose, so it didn’t sit very comfortably. For the price, I think other customers might expect a better fit and softer feel.
